01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and myr33 ("Platform", "we", "company"). 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. myr33 recommends that you:

• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Myr33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Myr33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your ID, proof of address, and payment method details. This KYC process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your myr33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all active bonus conditions must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned to you via your usual payment method.

8.2 Closure by myr33

Myr33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any of the Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
• Myr33 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member failed to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There is a directive from the relevant legal or regulatory authority.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, myr33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the myr33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income.

• Losses caused by the failure of third-party equipment or software used by members.

Under no circumstances shall myr33's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits credited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
